You know, being in a band and on the road can wear you down. At one point, I was going to take a day and go down to San Antonio, but it was just so nice sitting and relaxing on the deck in the perfect Texas fall weather that I just couldn't make myself do it. So, I didn't.
As for today...I spent another morning taking it easy and watching the magic of the Milky Tomato business operation roll on.
Gma Mud Dragon (my mom) and I had time this morning and again this afternoon to sit and chat and go out and eat. What kind of fine dining do Mud Dragons choose? Well, today, it was Burger King...where kids are king. When I'm ready for a burger, the Whopper with extra pickles and no onions always hits the spot. Yes, yet again it did!
Tomorrow my Texas R&R comes to an end. And in the morning (after Sac), I'll hit the road to my next destination. Where's that? You'll just have to stay tuned to find out.
