The Mud Dragons have been thoroughly enjoying R&R in Leander, TX.
I spent the morning relaxing and writing out on the deck (again - it's awesome), and then I went on an outing to another location of Half-Price Books (this makes three of them so far), where I picked up a book, a CD (Hootie and the Blowfish), and a couple of movies.
Later, Gma Mud Dragon and I had another nice conversation out of the deck in the late afternoon. Then, before long it was time to go to a major event in the life of my niece, Brynn. Tonight was the marching band senior night, and it happened before the football game.
It was an extremely pleasant evening, and the only thing bringing it down at all was the fact that the bleacher seats were, well, bleacher seats. And it didn't take long for them to get hard.
It was great watching Brynn and her parents walk out to midfield, listen to her introduction, and then hear and join in on the clapping.

We wrapped up the evening watching two shows. The first was a mocumentary of multi-level marketing called Believe, and the other was an actual documentary titled Speed Cubers. That was AMAZING!
Tomorrow is the last full day for the band before we hit the road again.
Stay tuned for more of our adventures.
Cheers.
